The Worship Coordinator is someone with a mature, vibrant, and deep love for Jesus Christ who is both passionate about and gifted in leading people in worshiping and serving God. The Worship Coordinator is responsible for leading worship at their home campus on Sundays, leading worship at certain campus ministry events, and participating in certain churchwide events.

The Student Minister will lead the student ministry at their campus to reach 6th-12th grade students. They will invite them to come to Christ and help students grow to become disciples through small group Bible studies. The Student Minister will assist students in serving in the church as well as reaching their friends for Christ.

The Next Gen Director will collaboratively lead and provide vision, direction and oversight to the Kids, Students, and College-aged ministry leaders for all campuses across Trinity Church. We are looking for someone who has a proven record for building teams and developing leaders, has experience leading in multi-site contexts, and is deeply committed to the multiethnic and multicultural expression of the Kingdom of God. This position’s goal will be to guide these ministries to make disciples who exalt Jesus Christ and honor God’s word in all they say and do by empowering our teams to equip parents, kids, and students through every phase from birth through the age of twenty five.

The Downtown Norfolk (DN) Trinity Kids Campus Coordinator will ensure an excellent Children’s Ministry for Trinity kids at the DN Campus. Excellence is achieved by maintaining a safe, organized, Christ-centered educational environment for children from birth to 5th grade.

The Trinity Kids Campus Coordinator at Reston will ensure an excellent Children’s Ministry for Trinity kids at the Reston Campus. Excellence is achieved by maintaining a safe, organized, Christ-centered educational environment for children from birth to 5th grade.

Trinity is hiring a part-time Student Minister for the Reston Campus to lead 6th-12th grade students in their journey with Christ. This person will oversee the Student Ministry, guide students to Christ, facilitate discipleship through Bible studies, and support their involvement in church service and evangelism.

The Campus Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Campus Pastor while providing leadership and support to ministry leaders and direct leadership to Sunday morning ministry teams for their campus.

The HR Coordinator (HRC) is responsible for coordinating all administrative activities relative to Trinity Church’s personnel. The duties include administrator for recruitment strategies, managing staff benefits, assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, onboarding and offboarding Trinity employees. This position will provide clerical and administrative support to the Director of Finance and Administration.
