Robbie Hall, Campus Pastor
Downtown Norfolk Campus Pastor & Lighthouse Pastor
Robbie is the Campus Pastor for Trinity's Downtown Norfolk campus (launching September 2018), as well as our Lighthouse Ministry (Young Adult) Pastor. He has been in pastoral ministry for nearly 20 years and the greatest thrill of his life is to see people live out all of the potential that God has placed in their hearts. Robbie has served in various ministry capacities including being a church planter, working at a stateside missions agency and serving as a chaplain and deputy for a local sheriff's office. Robbie's favorite hobby is spending time with the love of his life, his wife Joni. They have four children: Esther, Ellis, Bethany and Micah and two chorkies, Bella and Beau.

Ronnie "Mack" McAdoo, Pastor of Norfolk Outreach
Pastor of Evangelism and Norfolk Outreach
Ronnie ‘Mack’ McAdoo comes to Trinity with more than 20 years of ministry experience, most recently as the Executive Director for Urban Discovery Ministries. Mack’s ministry passion is to impact the lives of others and see Christ manifested in their lives. Mack is the Founder and Director of 1Died4All basketball, inspired by the Holy Spirit to teach young people about Christ through basketball. He has been married to Janet for more than 30 years; they love spending time with their adult children and amazing grandkids.

Norfolk Campus Coordinator
Janet is responsible for coordinating activities for the Downtown Norfolk campus and assisting the Campus Pastor. She is married to Pastor for Evangelism Ronnie ‘Mack’ McAdoo and is also the Coordinator of 1Died4All basketball. Janet has a B.S. degree in Finance from Cal State University, Long Beach and a M.S. Ed from Old Dominion University. Ronnie and Janet have two grown children, Kelsey and James Michael, a daughter-in-law Lauren and two adorable grandkids
Norfolk Campus Worship Coordinator
Billy serves as the Worship Leader for the Downtown Norfolk campus. Born and raised in Norfolk, he's thankful for the opportunity to help minister to his hometown. Outside of church, you can catch Billy taking road trips and exploring a new city.
Norfolk Campus Trinity Kids Coordinator
Kayley is passionate about teaching our kids about Jesus. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with degrees in Elementary and Special Education and spent five years teaching before joining Trinity first in Stuttgart, Germany and now in Downtown Norfolk. Kayley and her amazing volunteers enjoy sharing God’s Word every week in a fun and safe learning environment! She enjoys the outdoors, travel and spending time with her family. Kayley and her husband are from Pennsylvania, have two children, Isabella and Lucas and a playful shih-tzu named Draper.
