Bethany jokes that she's been paying bills her whole life, and we are thankful she's had so much practice! She considers taking care of Trinity's Accounts Payables both a blessing and a priviledge. Bethany co-chaired our 2018 Vision Campaign and has a passion for families and loves helping Trinity families get connected. She is a proud Texan and received her Bachelors in Finance from Texas Tech University. Bethany and her husband Alan are busy with four amazing young adult children who love surfing, sports and salsa.
Audio, Video, Lighting Director
Stephen's role is to oversee sound, lighting and video across all campuses at Trinity. He ensures technical excellence in service production, making all the creative elements the best that they can be. Since the age of 14, Stephen has been working mostly in churches alongside amazing mentors and team mates who have helped him learn his craft. Most recently, he served as Technical Director/Designer at City Church in Chicago. Stephen is a Virginia Beach native and graduate of Ocean Lakes High School. He and his wife Casey have two daughters, Avery and Harper.
Meg is an accountant who serves Christ wherever he calls her to go. Meg joined our team in 2018 after a time of re-entry into American culture upon completing a season of serving in the Middle East. Her family in Western North Carolina is grateful to have her closer to home – especially her sons and grandkids. She has an MBA from Troy State University and an MDiv from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. You will often see Meg out on the boardwalk with her dog, Molly.
Michele serves Trinity's middle and high schoolers through ministry administration and ministering to the girls in Trinity Students. She loves to share with young women that they are created in God's perfect image and to encourage them to honor God by living well. Michele grew up mostly in Virginia Beach and loves exploring all the city has to offer. Michele and her husband, Matt are parents to Griffin, love the beach, their playful mutt Abbie, and watching college football.
Regina coordinates child care for mid-week staff meetings and women’s Bible study. Regina has a B.S. in Family and Child Studies from Louisiana Tech University and has worked with children of all ages in a variety of settings. Regina is married to Lee who serves as the Princess Anne Student and Worship Minister. She loves serving alongside Lee in ministry and serving as a family with their two kids, Arden and Ezra.
Joni works alongside our Campus Pastors to support and guide the Trinity Kids team. She grew up in South Carolina and received a BA in Christian Studies from North Greenville University. Joni has served the Lord in ministry for over twenty years and feels a deep calling to use her gifts and training in the local church. In early 2018, her family was called to move to Virginia when her husband Robbie became the Campus Pastor at our Downtown Norfolk location. Joni and Robbie have four children: Esther, Ellis, Bethany and Micah. Some of her favorite things are date nights with Robbie, weekly family night, and worshipping the Lord through song.
Brittany is passionate about meeting new people, building systems, and connecting people so they can grow to be more like Jesus. Trinity is incredibly thankful to have her using these gifts and abilities as Ministry Assistant and as a volunteer Community Group leader. Brittany holds degrees from Grove City College in Education & Entrepreneurship and a M.Ed from Regent University. Brittany and her husband Kevin have four fun and energetic kids - Caleb, Nathanael, Ellie and Madison.
Nancy loves using the experience gleaned in over twenty-five years in full time ministry to facilitate communication at Trinity including both print and digital media. She is married to Pastor Scott Hoffman and embraces the shared calling God has placed on their lives. Nancy is a Leading From Your Strengths certified coach and most enjoys mentoring women, helping people appreciate each other's strengths and serve in unity. When not building Legos with her grandkids she enjoys cooking with herbs from her garden and making old, ugly things beautiful again.
Executive Pastor of Ministry and Oceanfront Campus Pastor
Scott came to Trinity in 2017 with more than twenty-five years of ministry experience in pastoral and para-church ministry, including the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. He has a passion for sharing the love of Jesus Christ and in his spare time enjoys playing board games, golf and reading, especially biographies and church history. Scott has been married to Nancy for 33 years; they delight in spending time with their son Kevin, daughter-in-law Brittany and four grandchildren children who live in Virginia Beach.
Coordinator, 1Died4All Basketball
Janet works alongside Ronnie ‘Mack’ McAdoo as the coordinator for 1Died4All basketball. Janet and Mack met at Old Dominion University where each of them led their teams to post season play. Mack asked Janet to marry him after she beat him in a game of one on one. Janet has a B.S in Finance and a M Ed from Old Dominion University. She is a self-confessed math geek, loves to solve problems & enjoys walks on the beach with Mack.
Ronnie "Mack" McAdoo
Pastor of Evangelism and Norfolk Outreach
Ronnie ‘Mack’ McAdoo comes to Trinity with more than 20 years of ministry experience, most recently as the Executive Director for Urban Discovery Ministries. Mack’s ministry passion is to impact the lives of others and see Christ manifested in their lives. Mack is the Founder and Director of 1Died4All basketball, inspired by the Holy Spirit to teach young people about Christ through basketball. He has been married to Janet for more than 30 years; they love spending time with their adult children and amazing grandkids.
Leadership Development Facilitator
Heather works with the Controller and Executive Pastor to help onboard, train, and provide team development opportunities for the staff of Trinity Church. She has a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Community Counseling. She enjoys supporting and encouraging others through detailed administration, gentle listening, and skilled facilitation. In addition to her role at Trinity, she is a portrait photographer and her work can be seen in a few local neighborhood magazines. Heather and her husband, Nate, have two children, Graham and Brooke, and a sweet dog, Molly.
Randy is Trinity's dedicated teaching pastor. Randy has a strong vision and passion for Trinity to serve the Hampton Roads area and the four corners of the world. In addition to serving at Trinity Church, Randy is a practicing lawyer, an award-winning author and a die-hard Packers fan. He and his wife Rhonda have two grown children, Rosalyn and Joshua, two grandchildren and a lovable black lab named Lambeau (who you will most likely hear about in a sermon at some point).
Felix is responsible for all the video and web media that is implemented on a weekly basis. Coming from a Navy family, he has lived all over but calls Virginia Beach his home. He has over ten years of experience in the design field and loves seeing how people connect with the things he creates. Felix and his wife, Sarah, have two girls, Luci & Silvi.
Sabra Coe Young
Church-wide Ministry Coordinator
Sabra supports projects involving Trinity’s multiple campuses. Sabra has been a member of Trinity Church since a year after it’s beginning and has led the Women’s and Prayer Ministries. She loves the opportunity to pray for those in need. Sabra has a Bachelor degree from Hollins University; her family founded Taste Unlimited where she co-owned and worked for many years. Sabra and her husband Bill have two wonderful teenagers, Davis and Liza.
