Ish Strickland

Ish is the Worship Coordinator and Student Minister for Trinity’s Princess Anne campus! He has been leading worship for the past nine years and has been serving in student ministry for the past seven years in a variety of ways. He has a heart for both discerning the musical gifts of others and teaching the next generation to be devoted followers of Jesus! He also loves to encourage others to use their gifts for God’s glory. Ish has a Bachelor’s degree in Music and Education from East Carolina University and a Master’s degree in Christian Ministry tailored to Music Ministry from Campbell University Divinity School.

Ish enjoys being active by biking, hiking, and/or weight-training! In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with good friends and family, eating good food, and traveling with his German/Aussie Shepherd, TOBY! Two of Ish’s hobbies are botany (over 30 indoor plants in his home) and meteorology/storm chasing (virtually)!
