No Other Gods - Often, idols are obvious—money, power, fame. But subtler idols can sometimes take the form of loved ones, Instagrammable interiors, and busy seasons of work, motherhood, or ministry. But if your heart is prioritizing any of those pursuits before God, you’re missing the unrivaled joy and adventure of Jesus being your heart’s ultimate treasure.

Learn to identify the functional gods you may be unknowingly serving and the lies they tell. As you dethrone your modern-day idols, you’ll be set free for the deeper, more abundant life Jesus came to give you—discovering that Jesus can do what no other god can.

Women's 2022 Winter Bible Studies

Monday PM – Oceanfront Campus

Counter Culture by David Platt

Location: Oceanfront Campus
Date/Time: Mondays 6:45 PM to 8:30 PM, beginning January 17th
Facilitator: Libby Czerlinksky

In a world marked by sex slavery and sexual immorality, the abandonment and murder of children, racism and persecution, the needs of the poor and the neglect of the widow, how would we act if we fixed our gaze on the holiness, love, goodness, truth, justice, authority and mercy of God as revealed in the gospel? How would our approach to social issues change?

In this study Pastor Dr. David Platt calls us to a contrite, compassionate but courageous response on the battle lines in our culture with the gospel.  Together we will learn and discuss how to apply the gospel in our culture in such a way that you're able to speak the biblical truth with confidence and conviction even when it is counter to popular sentiment.
Book links will be provided via email after you register.
