Jessica Hegedus

Jessica brings over 18 years of experience in executive church leadership and organizational strategy. She’s passionate about helping people and ministries reach their full potential through clear systems, healthy culture, and strong servant leadership.

Before joining Trinity Church, Jessica served in a variety of ministry and leadership roles in multi-site churches, overseeing everything from guest services and communications to campus launches and staff development. With a background as a certified Life Coach, Jessica is deeply committed to holistic growth—helping individuals and organizations thrive in both health and purpose.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, relaxing at the beach, and watching her Philadelphia sports teams dominate—especially the Eagles and Phillies.
