LEADERSHIP
TRANSITION
At Trinity Church, we believe God is writing a story of faith, courage, and perseverance. After his cancer diagnosis, Pastor Randy Singer shared from 2 Timothy 1:7 that "God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind." He testified to God’s power at work in his healing and expressed deep gratitude for the love shown to him and his family. Join us every Friday for a time of prayer and fasting through November 16.

Introducing Our Leadership Transition Team
In early September, Pastor Randy sensed that now is the right moment to begin Trinity’s leadership transition. Watch the video below to hear more of his story.
To guide us through this important season, Trinity's Governing Elders have chosen a Leadership Transition Team bringing diverse perspectives and deep faith to this pivotal moment. Working hand-in-hand with our elders, this team will prayerfully steward the process by listening to our congregation and seeking God's clear direction for Trinity's future. Once they reach resolution, they'll present their recommendation to the Governing Elders, who will discern our next faithful step forward. This isn't just about change, it's about stepping confidently into the EXPONENTIAL future God has prepared for us.
Please continue to pray for Pastor Randy and alongside the team for discernment, clarity, unity, and most importantly, the Lord's will to be done during this whole process.
The team would love your prayerful input on these three questions:
-
How will the Lord continue to use Trinity Church as a tool for making disciples going forward?
-
How, if at all, will our structure need to change in light of Randy's changing role?
-
Who is the Lord calling into new leadership roles at Trinity Church?
Please reach out to them with any ideas, concerns, or suggestions at leadership@trinitychurchvb.com
